Tips

  1. Offer your gratitude to stakeholders for giving their valuable time.
  2. Be polite.
  3. Understand stakeholder’s behavioural personality (Extrovert, Ambivert, or Introvert) and then try to connect with them accordingly.
  4. Start with greetings and introduce yourself.
  5. Talk about your project, your role, objective and what is the value contribution of stakeholders in the project and the benefits of outcomes.
  6. Keep the conversation mutual, avoid the one-sided talk.
