Introduction to UCDM

USER CENTRIC DESIGN METHODS

The method is as old as time, when every item is used to be made to order, or what a user or customer needed. Then came the era of mass production where you had no choice, then choice of variants, choice of brands and had to be physical. The current era is electronic and all information is through website, APPS, TV and some Radio too.

Why is UCDM? 

So why ? In order to inform, communicate, compare, make choices and buy or return. So the communication sites has to be well designed to serve the intended purpose and be valued.

How will it help UI/UX designer?.

By giving a structured and scientical models to develop the intended application that will delight and appeal to users and give them all they may want & need. The need is specific, and “want’ covers unstated or latent needs -could be a wish or unexpressed dissatisfaction.
